Work in Progress

Once work has begun, NO refunds will be issued for completed labour or used materials.

If the project is paused or stopped at the clients request, payment will still be required for work completed up to that point.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you're unhappy with any aspect of the work, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will always be given the opportunity to put things right before any refund is considered.

Refunds will not be issued for issues that could reasonably be corrected as part of the original service.

Materials. 

Custom-mixed paints, special-order materials, or materials already used on site are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances 

Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
